Quick answers about buying, delivery, licences, refunds and your library.
Buying and payment
How do I buy something?
Add products to your cart, review the summary and choose a payment method. You need a verified email address to check out. Your order is confirmed only after our payment partner tells our server the payment succeeded — the “success” page in your browser is never what grants access.
Which payment methods can I use?
At checkout we only show methods that work for your country, currency and cart. If a method you expect is missing, it is not available for that combination — it is not a fault with your account. Card and mobile-money availability depends on our payment partners.
Which currencies do you charge in?
Prices are shown in US dollars or Ghana cedis (change it with the globe button at the top). The price you see is the price you pay before any tax shown at checkout. Cedi prices are set in the store, not converted live at the moment you pay.
Can I use a coupon?
Yes. Enter the code in your cart. The discount is calculated on our server, so the total you see is the total you are charged. Some codes only apply to certain products, brands or partners, or have a minimum spend.
I paid but did not get my product.
Give it a minute — confirmation arrives from the payment partner, and delivery follows straight after. If nothing appears after 15 minutes, open a support case from your account with the order number and we will trace it. You will not be charged twice for the same order.
Delivery and downloads
Where do I find what I bought?
In your account under Library and Downloads. Downloads are delivered through short-lived private links, so a link that has been shared will stop working.
How many times can I download?
Each purchase has a generous download allowance. If you hit it, contact support and we will help. Course access, licence keys and e-books are delivered inside your account rather than as loose files.
What are licence keys?
Some software products issue a licence key when you buy. You will find it under Account → Licences together with the seats it allows.
Licences
Which licence should I choose?
Personal is for you and your own projects. Commercial covers client and business work for one person. Team covers several named people in one organisation. Read the summary next to each option, and the full terms on the Licences page.
Can I resell what I buy?
No. Unless a licence says otherwise you may use the product but not redistribute or resell the original files.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
See the Refund policy page. In short: each licence has a refund window, and digital products that have already been downloaded or unlocked are refunded only when they are faulty or not as described.
What happens to my access if I am refunded?
Access to that purchase is removed from your library. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your DANITURK library
What is the Default Shelf?
Every e-book you own lands on your Default Shelf automatically. It cannot be deleted. You can also make your own shelves to organise books; removing a book from your own shelf never removes the book from your account.
Can I read offline?
Titles marked as offline-ready can be saved to a device for reading without a connection. Offline copies are encrypted and tied to your account and device, and they expire if you do not reconnect for a while.
What does Premium add?
Premium members get upload space for their own books, larger offline allowances and, for titles whose licence permits it, lending or transfer between Premium members. Free members keep full access to everything they bought.

How do I become a partner?
Apply from the Partners page. We review your identity and payout details, and approve products before they go live. Approved partners see sales, earnings and payouts in the creator portal.
When do partners get paid?
Earnings are held for a short period (to cover refund windows) and then become available for payout. The partner agreement has the exact rules.
Still stuck?
Signed-in customers can open a support case from their account so we can see the order you are asking about. You can also email support@daniturk.example.
