What we collect

Account details (name, email, country, currency and theme preferences), order and licence records, library and reading data you create (shelves, annotations, progress), device and security information such as sessions and sign-in events, and messages you send to support.

Card and mobile-money details are entered with our payment partners and are never stored on our servers.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver what you buy, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the platform secure, answer support requests and meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.

Who we share it with

Payment partners, email delivery, hosting and file-storage providers acting for us, and partner creators receive only the sales information needed to pay and support them. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms from forgery, remember your cart, currency and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your account, export or delete your data by contacting support, and close your account. Some records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons.

Security

Passwords are stored as slow salted hashes, sessions and downloads use short-lived tokens, staff accounts require a second factor, and sensitive actions are logged.
