What creators agree to when they sell through the DANITURK Digital Store.

Your work and your rights

You may only sell work you own or have the right to sell. When you send a product for a check you confirm that. If someone shows that you did not have the right, we may remove the product and, where a buyer is refunded because of it, take that refund from your earnings.

Checks before sale

Every product is read by a person before it goes on sale. We may ask you to change it or decline it, and we tell you why. Accounts that we have agreed can publish without a check are still subject to removal if a product breaks these terms.

What you earn

You earn the sale price (before tax) minus the store's share. The store's share is set for your account when you are approved and shown to you. Refunds and chargebacks are taken from your earnings in the same proportion; if a refund happens after we paid you, it is taken from your next payout.

Payouts

Money from a sale becomes available after the hold period set for your account. Our finance team pays out balances that reach the minimum for the currency, to a payout account you have added and that we have confirmed. Payouts are made by people and can take a few working days. Tax on your earnings is your responsibility.

Files and honesty

Files must be safe and must match the description. Malware, hidden trackers and misleading descriptions are grounds for removal and for closing your account. Keep your files up to date: buyers whose licence includes updates receive new versions.

Customers

You see what was sold, where and for how much, but not who bought it. You may not try to find out, and you may not contact buyers outside the store's support tools.

Ending

You can stop selling at any time. People who already bought keep what they bought. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; a suspended account's products are hidden and payouts are paused while we look into it.
